Ledgent Finance & Accounting is currently recruiting for a Senior Accountant for a private family-owned business, a mid-sized international company located in the central Houston area.

The ideal candidate for the role will have a bachelor's in accounting or finance with+5 years of private family accounting experience doing fixed assets, reconciliations, month end close, family trusts and LLCs, trust distributions, tax payments, life insurance premium schedules, private equity capital calls and maintain trust financial documentation.

Qualifications:

* Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance required

* 5+ years of private family accounting experience

* Strong Excel and ERP experience
